1. Why do I need Flash?

This game has been built using Macromedia Flash 8, so you need the Flash plugin to play the game. It's free and you can download it from Macromedia, although you may already have it installed.

2. Why do I need to register?

You only need to register if you want to access the extra features of the game, such as personal stats, submitting scores, starting Mini-leagues. It's free to register and only takes a few moments.

3. I didn't get an activation email, so I can't log in, what should I do now?

First, you should check your junk mail folder. Email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail sometimes send activation type emails to the junk mail folder. If you're still having problems, then we can send you another activation email. Log in with the email address and password that you registered with and you will be given the option to have a new activation email sent to you.

4. I forgot my password, why can't you just send it to me instead of a new one?

We store passwords in an encrypted format, so even we don't know your password. If you have forgotten yours, we can send you a new random password which you can log in with, and you can then change it by going to your profile.

5. Is this what it's really like working at McDonald's?

6. How do I upgrade my character?

Your character gets upgraded automatically as your overall score increases. Keep playing and keep getting better scores to upgrade and get your character more rewards.

7. How are the overall scores worked out?

Your overall score is the sum of your best scores for each game.
